Every so often, a high-street bag arrives that manages to break out of the usual seasonal cycle and become something much bigger. COS has done it before, and now the Swedish brand appears to have another hit on its hands.
The COS Trullo Flap Bag has quietly become one of the most talked-about bags of the moment, with its relaxed silhouette, oversized proportions and remarkably expensive-looking finish earning it plenty of attention online. The style landed at COS in August and quickly sold out in several versions, with fashion editors, stylists and shoppers all taking notice.
And it isn't difficult to understand why.
The COS Trullo Has Serious Designer Energy
At first glance, the Trullo looks like the sort of bag you'd expect to find several floors above COS in a luxury department store.
